    Easy process, instant insurance coverage and proof and great rates. Only issue I have: editing the COI. It lists my name rather than the business and in the verbiage section, it doesn't list all the required wording for one of my vendors. Instead, it lists my coverage. I've tried editing it several times.

    The only problem I have with this site
    The only problem I have with this site is when I send customers proof of me having insurance, they get a layout for a poem and a Bruno Mars song. Not sure if this is a joke, but this is very unprofessional, and it makes me look like a joke. And when I try to download myself, it is the same thing. You guys really need to fix this ASAP.

    I was excited at first... but then I had been pricing insurance that quotes by the year, so when I saw Thimble's pricing, I made the assumption that it was also priced by the year, but it is actually priced slighly lower than most annual premiums, but that is per month! It's super simple to get insurance through Thimble, but watch the prices! Yikes!

    This experience has been ridiculous. I just needed to make an address change and such, and I was unable to. It would have been so easy to CALL but no number to call. NO EMAIL to ask. I mean just to get a little help would have been nice. Had to cancel the policy 2 times only to have to go with a different company. THIMBLE HAS AS BAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AS AT&T!! THE WORST
